JROTC in the Community

JROTC in the Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering JROTC cadets through leadership development, college and career readiness, and community engagement. For the past five years, we have partnered with schools, military leaders, businesses, and community organizations to provide underserved students with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to succeed in college, the military, and the workforce. Through signature initiatives such as our Annual Essay Competition and Pathways to Purpose program, we help students build leadership skills, prepare for scholarships and postsecondary opportunities, and develop the confidence to achieve their goals. Our work has earned community recognition and grant funding that have expanded our impact beyond Atlanta Public Schools into Newton County, reflecting our commitment to creating pathways to success and empowering the next generation of leaders.
